Your personal flower essence formula
begins by selecting the flowers that speak to you.
We have provided you with a visual bouquet of eighty-eight flowers from Living Essences in Perth Australia. Selecting
your flowers is an intuitive, interactive experience. Don't rush the selection process, as it is best to allow
yourself at least 10-15 minutes.
Maggie will blend your personal essence from the flowers you select. There are a few more options to consider in
this process, do you want a spray, or a tincture or both for an additional $10. Sprays combine flower essences
and essential oils that give an immediate response. With a tincture you can put a few drops in your mouth, in water,
on your skin or in your bath.
The following are instructions on how to select the flowers for your personal formula from the 88 flower images
that correspond with the essences.

You will need paper and pen or pencil,
you will notice the flowers are numbered under each picture. |

Take a moment to center yourself by
taking a few deep breaths with your eyes closed. |
|
| 3. |
When you are ready, open your eyes
and begin looking at the flower pictures and write down the numbers of the flowers you select. As you browse the
flower images, choose the flowers that you are spontaneously most attracted to, and feel good about or a flower
that you find unpleasant. It doesn’t matter why, just allow yourself to make your selection intuitively. The first
time around, you may end up with 10 or more. |

Once you've made your initial selection,
it is a good time to now pause and take another few breaths and re-center yourself by bringing your attention to
your heart. |

Repeat the process using the flowers
you have already selected to really be present with them by gazing softly at each flower image. |
